I just got my 2018 (this is June 2026) Tacoma paint corrected, ceramic coated , detailed and headlights restored. Michael made quick work of the whole process, and the results were amazing. I'm very happy with the way my truck came out!

Outstanding experience. Took my son and I in on a Saturday with no appointment and they still got both of our cars taken care of — that alone says a lot. Michael handled everything and did an excellent job. Both vehicles came out looking right — clean, detailed, and clearly given proper attention. Fast, professional, and accommodating. Hard to ask for more than that. Definitely earned the 5 stars — I’ll be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Diva’s Auto Spa in Knoxville, TN. This experience went far beyond what you’d expect from a typical auto detail—and honestly, it restored my faith in customer service. Earlier the same day, I had a poor experience at another shop, and I was already frustrated and worried because this car wasn’t just any vehicle—it was for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I reached out to Diva’s Auto Spa somewhat last-minute, explained the situation, and they didn’t hesitate to step up and help. From the moment they took the car in, it was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just rushing it through. What truly sets Diva’s apart is their commitment to excellence. They didn’t cut corners, they didn’t settle for “good enough,” and they didn’t rush—even though it meant staying until almost 9:00 PM to finish the job. That level of dedication is rare these days. These photos were taken hours after we received the car back. Disappointed that Michael's talk before promised quite a bit, which fell short on delivery. Upfront, we pointed out the dullness in the front, including headlights, and asked if he could fix it, polish chrome, clay bar to removed debris, and clean/wax-out imperfections. He said sure. He took us to an old model car with a beautiful finish and said that is what we would get. On pick up, after pointing out these problems pictured here (more problems not pictured), he said that we have an old car with over 100,000 miles and that he could not help that. Also, it was wet from the morning dew, so it may have been out all night when it should have been kept dry for 24 hours. Hind sight, we should have used the money to do multiple car details with standard waxing with another service provider. The inside was clean and car has more sheen, but pricey for that service.

Recently got my Mercedes CLA 250 paint corrected, ceramic coated and debadged. Michael made quick work of the whole process, and the results were amazing. I'm very happy with the way my car came out!
